In that case, your thread's title is quite misleading. You should have mentioned you're only inquiring about the J/F lounge accesses.

It's possible, but it will be a hassle.
You arrive at 9:35pm and from the looks of it, you will/already have a hotel booked in the city.
If I were you, I would just get off the plane and head straight to the hotel and grab some food in the surrounding area. It's just not worth the time + hassle to check out the Pier and get to your hotel....past midnight.
