That the BA Flounge and CCR catering facilities were inspected and given rating of 2 at the end of July is what can be properly be described as a "fact" .
For that fact not to be uptodate, there must have been another inspection since then in which a different rating was given. If you are in possession of such facts and could tell us when the premises were re-inspected and re-graded, then I am sure that we would all be happy with it.

"I have had a chat with CCR staff and they tell me that things are much better now" is not what I normally would describe as a "fact" establishing anything other than the fact that you had a chat with said persons.

I do not mean to say that what you were said was wrong or misleading but when criticising others in bold and underlined characters for relying on dated facts, one expects you to provide actual facts rather than hearsay and, moreover, facts which are capable of demonstrating that what is claimed to no longer be up-to-date (i.e. the rating achieved by the FLounge/CCR facitilies) has in fact been superseded.
