I was recently on a flight on LOT Polish Airlines from Toronto to Warsaw. It was Premium Economy ticket (an expensive $2000+ ticket, I might add), and at the time of booking, I didn't pay attention to the fare class of the booking.
After the flight, no credit appeared in my account. Upon investigation, it turned out that my boarding pass showed the booking class as "R", which is not listed in table at

(only "A" and "P" classes are listed for Premium Economy)
Below that table, there is some fine print saying that "All other fare classes do not accrue mileage..." etc. and my experience is certainly consistent with that. When I contacted United, they responded that LOT had not authorized them to give credit for "R" class flights, so no luck.
Has anyone else encountered similar problems? Is there anything further I can try to get mileage credit?
