Feedback really helps the property to see how they are doing. I feel many times if I mention something as I'm checking out that the comment stops there. I do try to be complete when doing surveys (if i'm allowed).

I do think it is a poor statement of affairs when a program that consistently does what they've said they would do, it is expected to be rated as exceeds expectations. Maybe a weighting system to factor in experience is needed. A 5/10 from someone that has been there many times means more than a first time guest giving a 10/10.
