Revert to what we all did 20 years ago, walk off the plane, spend ten seconds looking at the nearest departures board, and figure out on the fly which way to turn and how fast to trot.
Some of us still do it this way. (I have no way of accessing any such information when traveling, other than the airport monitors or FA announcement.)
