I can only speak with authority about the LHR-CAI route - but since the last 777-operated BA155 flight on 3 January 2013 (and the subsequent LHR T5 to T1 switch) BA has alternated between the 321 and the 763 so many times it's difficult to keep track. It might not matter, were it not for the fact that the 763 offers WT+ (something the 321 doesn't offer) - thereby creating additional confusion.
