All I use is ebates.com and mrrebates.com and have nothing but positive things to say. Ebates post the cash back faster and you receive the cash every 90 days, where mrrebates has a policy that you can't get the cash until 90 days after the cash posts. Been using both for a couple of years and would say there have been no major problems.
