I flew F for the first time a couple of months ago from EZE-JFK. Prior to that, it was always J.

I found the service to be quite wonderful. The purser wore the serving jacket and was quite attentive. Assisting him in F were two other FA's who were equally friendly/helpful. I did get the sense that the purser really wanted to give it the highly polished touch but I was worried that he was wearing himself down with the entire F cabin.

I was offered turndown twice.

Obviously, only one data point, but perhaps it's just a crew issue versus a prevalent AA issue?
