AC PE gives you priority check-in, boarding, 2 free bags (50 lbs), priority bag handling, hot towel service, premium meals, free drinks and an amenity kit. So it's definitely not just a few extra inches of legroom.

Not sure if the premium meals/wine is the same as J, and if it's just the daytime amenity kit.
Similar to Domestic J. Beverage on ground, hot towel service, upgraded main meal and snack, daytime kit.
