I sure hope you are not in economy if you plan to spend 22 hours on the same plane with only a short break.

You can stay airside, but not simply, as arrivals and depatures are separated. You will need to go through the central transfer & security checkpoint.

OLCI is available from -30, so there is ample time to get a boarding card that way.

You do not need a transit visa.
