Hmm. Looks like only UA and US serves PHL-IAH nonstop. I could have sworn WN and F9 served Philadelphia (PHL/TTN/ILG) and Houston (HOU/IAH) at some point, but I'm not seeing any nonstops. All I get are connections.

All this because I was going to suggest WN or F9 as alternatives, but may be not.
