You're missing the point that WN has a (1) fixed ratio revenue-fare-based REDEMPTION scheme in addition to the (2) revenue based earning scheme. HH Points are (2) but not (1). However, RR2 has from inception contained a feature which is unfair and inconsistent with revenue-based redemption: Premium award pricing based on fare class within coach. To charge the higher Anytime fare and on top of that charge a premium exchange rate of points per dollar was and is double dipping at the customer's expense. There was no logical reason for this structure other than profit or innumeracy. Everyone here, especially

I suppose that the decision to charge extra for Anytime redemption (and forget about Business Select) should have tipped us off 2.5 years ago that fairness ranked below profit as a core value at Southwest. I thought it was an anomaly, but now it's not.
