Your thread is entitled "revised domestic fare rules".

Does that mean that the rules for AC's transborder and international flights have not been changed? For example, does one need to purchase a transborder V class fare, 14 days in advance? For tickets to transborder and international routes, the change fee is still $145 + GST?
