If your bank said that six months from now every $1 in your account will only be worth $0.85 what would you do? You would withdraw every penny, put it in another bank or stash it in your mattress. Problem here is that the bank also owns the store and theirs is the only currency accepted. Points (currency) have already been earned at a mutually agreeable value. Without a corresponding adjustment in points when this change takes place, WN is simply taking money from our accounts.
