Had a wonderful 2-night stay here recently. The hotel is probably not in the best location, but the staff more than make up for it. Everyone we interacted with was warm, personable and seemed like they genuinely cared about our comfort. Platinum recognition was wonderful, and the breakfast was sublime - some of the best South Indian food I have eaten outside of home.
