Miles plus copay on domestic two-class books into "A" which is also a revenue bucket, so it should be available whenever A is free. SWUs also should book into A, but I think the request needs to be repeated manually when the inventory becomes available. I don't think the waitlist is automatically processed.

One answer to the puzzle of the missing EXP upgrades may be that many more kettles/ lower elites are upgrading through miles plus copay. But I don't understand why that would suddenly happen in late summer rather than a gradual increase over time.
