Ya know when the news of these birds came out last year I swore I would never indulge AC by flying on one just because of the reduced space.

Now that they are up and running and we are seeing reports from the field that it appears they are even worse than we first suspected - including in J.

Now they are banning rollaboards!!! Even the staff seem to hate them.

It's like a third world airline: cramming a ridiculous amount of people into the same space, very sad indeed if this is the AC of the future.

When this type of configuration is the norm for AC I will do anything to avoid this airline. Very sad indeed.
