Phoning Avios and explaining the situation to them would seem the obvious thing to do. I've no idea how Avios.com works but I imagine you could end up in trouble by having two accounts linked to the same BAEC account.
I have read on here or elsewhere that Avios.com have a good anti fraud system in place.
