I've had one denied.

Hyatt.com had a non-refundable rate and a refundable rate that was higher. I wanted Hyatt to BRG the third party's refundable rate but the agent said no because Hyatt.com still offers a lower rate, albeit non-refundable.

As I said, I'm new to the process, but is this the correct interpretation of the BRG T&Cs?
