UA website not saving billing-country pref
This is more a rant about the UA website than strict MP issue.
I live in Singapore. yet, the UA website always shows me as 'United States - English' (top right). When I click that and change the billing country to 'Singapore' and also have 'Save preference' clicked, it does take, but only for that session.
I have also gone into my profile and tried changing it there, but nothing sticks.
I had some exchange with UA's web-support in the past on this and they promised to fix it, but that has not happened.
This is an issue in that sometimes booking a flight won't work if the wrong billing country is selected (i sometimes forget to explicitly change it) and then I have to do the whole itinerary again.
Has anyone else seen this issue and found a way to solve it?
