Omg, I will pull my hair out for sure, I got one approved for Nov, , but I submitted sept, and they took too long to look at it, and the rate changed, so I changed the date by a day, and now the competitive site says 'exclusive member rate' however they don't have members. There is no reference to members on their site and when I called them said no, it's just hot words on their site for ad sake, they don't have members so I replied giving marriott their number to confirm that they do not have 'members'. What else can I do? Arg!!
