It's been a while since I have done this and my head is spinning. I'm preferential to this marriott because of location, platinum status and my kids like it best so I don't have to listen to them whine, they love the lounge, since I'm normally by myself, it's perfect. Parking isn't an issue since I have a placard. Any help would be great and pm assistance awesome to get me back in the game, as money needs to be saved!! Omg, I will pull my hair out for sure, I got one approved for Nov,
, but I submitted sept, and they took too long to look at it, and the rate changed, so I changed the date by a day, and now the competitive site says 'exclusive member rate' however they don't have members. There is no reference to members on their site and when I called them said no, it's just hot words on their site for ad sake, they don't have members so I replied giving marriott their number to confirm that they do not have 'members'. What else can I do? Arg!!
