Lounge access for connecting flights
Im flying from Manchester to Philadelphia via LHR in First later in the week, on our booking it says lounge access is available in LHR in the Concorde lounge, but not in Manchester.
I sent BA an email to check if this is right and they replied that as the connecting flight was not booking in first that it was correct and we would NOT be allowed access to the lounge in Manchester.
As the internal connecting flight only has economy seats and there is no option for either first or business on the plane, surely we should be allowed into the lounge and this is a mistake? We only have 90 minutes for the connection so doubt we will use the lounge in LHR.
