Agreed, the BA lounge in T3 is still miles ahead of the food in the AC/FL. It also tends to be less busy and has much more seating.

I have difficulty seeing this as anything but uninformed fear mongering.

I've had no issues from food in BA lounges to date...be it T3, T5 or elsewhere.
