Agree on all counts. And I use LHR a lot. Just ordered a burger on Saturday, and while it isn't the same burger as before it was still quite good. Yes there's some "gloop", but there are still items that can be ordered from the menu, and the buffet still has quite a few tasty options. Compared to food in the AC/FL, it's still streets ahead.
