Have had 4 brutal experiences in the last 8 weeks with Hertz ORD. Staff have been unhelpful, weird downgrades, over charges and one particularly painful experience where they assigned me a spot and car and then tried to bill me for an upgrade I hadn't asked for. Total mess.
