As an employee, I think the company is turning the corner. There's a great deal of work to be done but I think we're moving forward. I do see more effort, more accountability and the operation has improved a great deal. Give this thing a chance, I think we're getting better.
What airline do you work for?
Loved the new United commercial and getting back to "The Friendly Skies", but as out passengers have rightfully pointed out, those words are hollow if not followed by actions. When my last trip has 7 out of 8 legs late or delayed, that's not improving the operation in my book.
United Management needs to actually follow through and make this a better airline for our passengers, not just put out commercials of a better time.
