I would say after 3-4 CX F flights, it starts to get boring when you follow the same routine of dinner, sleep, breakfast.

Sometimes I just drink water and sleep most of the flight.

You can always ask to have dinner items (including caviar) saved for you and served during breakfast time. Personally I am not really a fan of breakfast food.

Or if you wake up in the middle of your sleep you can ask for snacks such as soup noodles and ice cream.

The good thing about CX F is that you don't have to follow the "routine" that everybody else seems to follow.
