Normally we should stay in Europe during summer if weather is the biggest concern... Turkey is REALLY burning hot, though. I do not mind, and loved Amanruya in July, but others might prefer a time when weather is slightly cooler so that one can do more than just being at the beach club and in the pool. No idea about weather in that particular region of Vietnam, but normally August is rainy time. We have been very lucky in rainy times before, though, just went for a massage, took a nap, went for the gym or something when the rain was pouring down, and then loved the sunshine and crisp air afterwards.
