I'm optimistic about the direction of the airline. Things will never be the way they were and no one here can argue with that. I'm not going to bemoan the losses, just accept the inevitable, vote with my wallet when appropriate, and appreciate how much better things are now than they were 18 months ago. I also find Matt Damon's voice pleasant.
