According to libhomeradar 5J0964 DVO-MNL on 19 Sept was operated by RP-C3242. Assuming 5J0964 was flown by the same aircraft which operated 5J0963 MNL-DVO and turned around in DVO, then the answer to your question is RP-C3242.
