F itself has 2x MQM.
Only the very pricey full F/J fares get the 2x MQM. The more reasonable discounted first tickets get 1.5x MQM. OP wasn't asking about first, so no need to be snarky. OP could do the LGB-MCI trip in first on a G fare for $697 and get 1.5x MQM if CPM cost is not a big deal.
