Rather than wait for the Daily Mail or Nicci to do something shouldn't the people here be writing to BA?

I would never eat in an establishment with a 2 rating and will certainly be writing to BA about this.

There are many on here with a legal background so it would be good if someone could suggest the points we should make when writing.
