There are a few comments calling for Nicci to make some kind of statement about the food hygiene ratings. Whist she is a fantastic asset to BA and FT, she is not personally responsible for the Baxter-Storey offerings, nor is she BA's media spokesperson. Time will tell what BA have to say (if anything) but it is the weekend after all

The lounge 'enhancements' have been (almost) universally criticised here and not without good reason. It's time BA revisited their current situation and stepped up to what may be an incredibly difficult piece of PR for them.
