I called intercity.pl and they told me I con only get the tickets at the "International Ticket Office" wherever that is, should I ignore this? Will there be some English speaking person at the train station ticket office? I'm probably making too much out of it. In Italy and Spain it was so easy, no questions, no problems.
Yes, they speak enough english at Krakow Rail. You can try get it at Intercity window, but Int. Ticket Office is in main hall and they speak good english. You have to buy 24h before depart.
