It'll be very interesting to see how long it takes for a response to be posted explaining what they've done to improve things since July.
One thing is for sure - there will be a few mobiles ringing this Saturday evening. This is so easy to turn into a news story, spin a bit more than it is, and could be very damaging for BA F the brand.
On the plus side, it will certainly bring about changes.
