How and when did you buy your ticket? If it was purchased before you registered for Crossover or from a source other than DL, I would not expect the upgrade request to be there, based on what happens if DL FFers become elite after purchase or but their tickets through travelocity, expedia, etc.
I bought my ticket from delta.com about a month ago. I was registered for crossover rewards at the time of purchase
