Grand Prize (1): Winner will receive a travel package for winner and one (1) guest to Italy and (1) Perugina Chocolate Lovers Gift Basket. Grand Prize Travel package includes:

- Round-trip, economy class air transportation for two (2);
- All Italian inland transportation and transfers;
- Hotel accommodations (one room/double occupancy) for five (5) nights of hotel stays at hotels determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion;
- All breakfasts and dinners while on the tour. Dining will be at area restaurants determined by Sponsor;
- Tour of the Perugina chocolate factory, visit to the Perugina Chocolate Museum and participation in a chocolate class at the Perugina Scuola del Cioccolato;
- Winner must complete the trip only during the eligible travel period during the Eurochocolate Festival 2014 that generally takes place in October but the dates for 2014 are not yet set, or prize will be forfeited;
- Average Retail Value (ARV) is $4,500. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and the chosen US gateway airport and destination airport. Winner will not receive cash difference between actual and approximate retail value.

Winner Drawing & Notification: Winners will be selected immediately following the end of the Sweepstakes Period and will be contacted January 15, 2013. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by email.
