- Expedia at times
- DVC member discount
- employee benefit programs (can be variable)
Disney doesn't need to give further discounts for the most part at WDW, and has managed to close most of the scams people were using and things like the late entry, convention, and YES tickets.
The best advice I can give you is to take the legitimate advice given by FTers. The suggestion which I once gave you would have saved you hundreds this year alone at WDW, DL, and Aulani, based on what you have posted about your travel patterns.
One other option to consider is to use a Disney-specific travel agent. There are at least a dozen; they will get you good rates at WDW resorts, group discounts on tickets (because the TAs get their tickets in bulk the same way the brokers do), and specialized planing f you need it. The savings from such an agent can often exceed what you'd get by booking on your own and finding a discount ticket broker. For the last few years I've used MEI travel (for my money, they're the best in the business right not), but I've used a few others over the years with good results.
