There's New York Comic Con from Oct 10 to Oct 13.

Also, considering that some of us pay over $100/a night just to live in our apartments, not including utilities, or any sort of amenities, I think $300 a night seems completely reasonable to me.

(The staff have to live somewhere, right?)
