My guess is that not too many FTers would be interested in this hotel as its location does not lend itself to easy access to the V&A Waterfront and some other sites.

The TripAdvisor reviews look good, though I'm a little suspicious of SA reviews on TA. At several places I've been to in SA, the proprietors actively seek TA reviews, but presumably only from satisfied guests. (I'm not saying this is the case at the DT.)
