Well it went back up (maybe an FB error on my end). They told me to look at the TK mileage thing on their site, which is only valid for TK flights and doesn't even have EWR on it. I told them this.
Then they told me to look at the airline partner area on the TK site, which simply shows the %s for different fare classes. I told them I already knew this and it wasn't what I wanted.
Then they said:
