Just went to the website and there's a notice on the homepage about maintenance this weekend :

Website Maintenance Planned For This Weekend -

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will be performing system maintenance on our website for a brief amount of time this Saturday from 12 a.m. to 2a.m. US Central Standard Time (CST). During this maintenance period, you may not be able to perform these functions online or through our call centers:

• Make a reservation
• Enroll in HHonors
• Update your HHonors profile
• Book an HHonors reward reservation

We will make every effort to assure all functionality is fully restored by 2 a.m. CST on Saturday. Again, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.
