Unlike Main Cabin Extra on AA, which just has greater pitch but is the same cabin as the Main Cabin, World Traveller Plus is a completely separate product. One has to purchase a WTP ticket to sit there.

WTP is premium economy class, whereas Main Cabin Extra on AA is still economy class.
