But they can do something. They know which routes it happens on. There's gotta be some code in between ITA's results and displaying it on their website. It wouldn't be hard to put a message there saying this route may not price correctly, and you'll have to call to find out what it is and book it. It wouldn't solve the problem, but it would stop a lot of confusion. And it'd be easy. Obviously, if other routes pop up where there are errors, they can't know them all in advance. But the ones that are consistently wrong, they can do *something* about it.
