Based on this clarification, and your initial post, I think Amanyara works perfectly.
We returned from a 5 night getaway a week ago - am slowly getting together pics for the inevitable TR - and thoroughly enjoyed it.
While it is not normally "All-Inclusive", the June-October period usually offers an all-meals-included option, which this year included a complimentary 5th night.
Beach is fantastic; TOTALLY empty except for guests, as it is well away from any local dwellings - it's located within a National Park - and the water is stunning.
Highly recommended.
As an aside, we were also at FS Nevis earlier this summer. While we had a very enjoyable experience, it really is not comparable to Amanyara (though, to be fair Amanyara is twice the price). So, if the $$$ aren't a concern, I'd go for Amanyara.
