Are you redeeming BA Avios for the trip? If so, it doesn't matter which carrier(s) you fly: BAEC's redemption rates and rules apply. (If you are redeeming AAdvantage miles rather than BA Avios, then 100,000 AA miles sounds correct for this itinerary.)
