Just completed a 3 night stay here. It is a typical W with the "we try to be hard to be cool vibe." I did not get any upgrade, got the room I booked which was fine.

• The bed was comfy
• the room was quiet.
• bath products were not replenished
• the living room bar closes really early, though thankfully the music wasn't blaring like at some Ws
• The Zylo lunch staff were pretty untrained. We went down for lunch and they had no idea what the soup of the day was.
• the desk chair is ridiculously uncomfortable and has all style and no function
• Shower only, which is fine, but as a female a small ledge to prop a leg for shaving would be nice.
