Requested mile redemption for my daughter in early July to keep her account active, never arrived. Can't find a phone contact, emailed in late August and early Sept. Received a canned email response today cutting and pasting FAQs, but not even the FAQs about wait times for redemptions, just about issues if one can't see a survey, etc.

Something clearly went amiss as I then my husband request miles for my daughter, and that went through within a week or so. So her account is safe, but what gives my redemption (and I can see in my account the dollars were deducted.)

Any advice for other or more useful ways to contact e-rewards?
