AA has the same problem with BKK and SIN (and probably other JAL cxns). It's impossible to price them out and you have to call and explain for 20 minutes. Even then, the itinerary has to be priced in the next higher fare class because the one you saw doesn't really exist!
There's a whole thread on it on the AA forum. It's been like this for a year now and they don't seem to care about fixing it.
